пол., сов. управляемая демократия (термин, популярный в правящей верхушке СССР и обозначающий ситуацию, при которой более организованная и сознательная группа людей управляет в интересах менее организованного и менее сознательного большинства; похожа на аристотелевскую аристократию, но избранность определяется партийной принадлежностью)
